The Blackburn Family Centre health sessions are focused
on three aspects of health which are crucial
to the health and wellbeing of members and their families; namely
diet, exercise and stress.
With an aim to improve these three areas of health, members
participate
in the health programme which takes place
in Trindleyknowe
and comprises of sessions on healthy eating,
exercise, relaxation,
personal development, discussion groups, etc.
